What we look for
Manufacturer credential
At least one of: GAF Master Elite or Certified, Owens Corning Platinum Preferred or Preferred, CertainTeed SELECT ShingleMaster or ShingleMaster, IKO ShieldPRO Plus or ShieldPRO, Malarkey Emerald Pro Plus or Emerald Pro.
Asphalt shingle specialty
We focus on asphalt shingle work. If asphalt is 60%+ of your install volume and you have specific PNW climate experience, we want to hear from you. We don't route cedar shake, metal, or flat work through this network.
Portland metro service area
Active service in at least 2 of the 8 neighborhoods we cover (West Hills, NE Alameda, Eastmoreland, Hillsboro, Beaverton, Lake Oswego, Tigard, Gresham). National roofing companies that don't have Portland-based crews are not a fit.
Customer satisfaction track record
We will check public review scores (Google, BBB) and ask for 5-10 recent customer references. Current 4.5+ star average across major review platforms is the baseline.
Insurance work capability (preferred)
Comfort with Xactimate-format scopes for storm damage insurance claims is preferred but not required. About 25% of our match volume involves insurance documentation.
How the partnership works
We send leads to one installer at a time, matched on ZIP code, brand credential, and active capacity. We charge a per-lead fee (no monthly retainer, no exclusivity contract) only on leads where you make contact within the 48-hour SLA window. If we send a lead and you don't reach the homeowner within 48 hours, we route to the next installer at no charge to you. We track customer satisfaction post-install via a brief survey to the homeowner; installers who consistently score below 4 stars are removed from the network.

We respond to qualified applications within 5 business days. Selected installers complete a brief credential-verification process before going live in the matching pool.
